the room i got was nice, i liked the usual comfortable setup. the spa facilities were excellent and a real treat after walking all day. this hotel is very well located for transport and sightseeing, it helped me explore.
the cleaning staff was intrusive, even when i said no, they opened my door. i felt really uncomfortable as a solo woman because of this. it happened more than once .

i found the breakfast buffet provided a nice start to each day. the onsen on the roof deck offered a relaxing experience. i could easily walk to several metro stations from this location
the room felt quite small for the duration of my stay i think it would have been better for a shorter visit

i was actually surprised by the tv, it had lots of useful info! it showed the laundry status, wifi code, and restaurant times. the location was also great with a convenience store next door. i could walk to the night club and bar area.
the room felt really small, there wasn't much space for luggage. the checkout timing was also inflexible, annoying. i had to pay extra for being just a bit late.

Lovely hotel experience

I found it easy to get around from this location. The hotel had a sento and pool, i think that these facilities are amazing. The location offers convenient access to various attractions, it is a real plus. The staff was always available and ready to help with any request or question, I really appreciated this.
The room i stayed in felt quite small, and i noticed some dust . I think that they should pay more attention to cleaness!
